What is the 12 Days of Christmas Sale?

From 1st-12th December we release a new offer each morning - a bit like opening a fresh window on an advent calendar. Some days it’s a cheeky discount, some days it’s a bundle, sometimes it’s free shipping or a little gift tucked in for good measure. Part of the fun is that the offers are different every day.

Do the deals really change daily?

Maybe not every day, but most do a little dance.
Each morning brings its own moment, and each offer is designed to stand alone rather than build on the previous one. Think of it as a festive tasting menu.

I missed yesterday’s deal. Can I still get it?

We’d truly love to wave a magic wand here, but each day’s offer is tied to its own timeframe.
Once the day rolls over, that particular offer bows out gracefully.

We know it can be disappointing, and we genuinely get it, but keeping each offer to its own window ensures everyone is shopping on the same footing.

I bought yesterday and today’s deal looks better. Can you adjust my order?

A very understandable question - we’ve all been there. But here’s the thing: our 12 Days event isn’t a stairway where the deals keep getting bigger and bigger as we go. We don’t “save the best for last”, and we don’t try to outdo ourselves each day.

We intentionally vary the offers so different customers feel delighted on different days.
One person might love a deal on a single bird; someone else only has eyes for bundles; another is thrilled by shipping perks or free gifts. What feels like a “better” deal is entirely personal.

For that reason, and to keep everything fair, we don’t adjust completed orders to align with a different day’s promotion.
Each day has its moment, and once an order is placed, its pricing is set.

What if tomorrow’s deal ends up being more my style?

Then tomorrow will be your day.
We don’t reveal offers ahead of time (partly to keep things fair, partly to keep the surprise alive), so everyone experiences each deal fresh each morning.

Can I return my order and repurchase under another day’s deal?

If your order isn’t quite right for you, you’re always welcome to return it under our standard returns policy.

But returns can’t be used to hop between days or access a different promotion window. Once refunded, an order simply returns to its original state - it doesn’t carry eligibility for another day’s offer.

What if I feel like I’ve missed out completely?

You haven’t.
The beauty of this event is that there’s another offer waiting the next morning. Twelve days means twelve chances - and no two offers are the same.

Does this affect Black Friday orders?

Not at all.
Black Friday and Cyber Monday have wrapped up, but if you placed an order during those events, we’ll support you just as we normally would.
We just can’t reopen or reapply those promotions now that they’re finished.
