Every Metalbird is proudly made local. That means if you buy British, your bird is crafted in the UK (in a small family-owned factory in Essex, actually!)

We work with small, family-owned factories in each market, keeping jobs close to home while cutting down on international freight. That reduces our carbon footprint and gets your bird to you faster—without crossing half the planet to do it.

All Metalbirds are cut from premium Corten® steel (over 70% recycled), designed to weather beautifully outdoors. Our packaging is made from recycled cardboard with biodegradable inks. So when you get a Metalbird, you’re not just buying art—you’re backing local makers and sustainable craft.

We’re often asked if Metalbird ships internationally. The answer is “yes, but…”
