All UK orders ship from our warehouse in Leighton Buzzard.
It’s a tight, efficient operation — not a massive warehouse, but big enough to keep birds moving. From here, we ship to throughout the UK using the Royal Mail network.

Our warehouse ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

If you’re outside the UK, you’ll want to use your local Metalbird store (like metalbird.co.nz, metalbird.com, metalbird.eu/.fr/.nl, metalbird.com.au, or metalbird.ca) for faster, cheaper delivery and better regional service. They also have different collections of birds that nest in their country.
